We’re looking for a Relief Night Porter to join our temporary hospitality team in Brockenhurst, New Forest. Key Responsibilities
As a Relief Night Porter, you will:
9. Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests during overnight hours
10. Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries
11. Carry out security checks and monitor access points
12. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
13. Handle telephone calls, reservations, and administrative duties
14. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas
15. Complete overnight reports and accurately record incidents
16. Prepare facilities for the following day’s operations
17. Follow health and safety procedures and support emergency responses when required
18. Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent guest service
