Qualifications
* Technical skills in CAD software, blueprint reading, and design tools for modular construction
* Competence in cost estimation, budgeting, and project evaluation methodologies
* Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and modular construction practices
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in project management and estimation
* A background in architecture, engineering, or construction management is highly desirable
* HNC, Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in a related field preferred
