Job Opportunity: Property Services Scheduler

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our Property Services team for a full-time, permanent Scheduler supporting our Compliance Team.

The Property Services Scheduler will work under the guidance of the Property Services Manager and with support from Supervisors to provide administrative and operational support. This includes coordinating workload diaries for our multi-skilled Trade staff and Property Services Supervisors using our in-house scheduling system. You will manage and maintain scheduling of compliance check work orders, customer appointments, and inspections to meet business targets.

Applicants should have experience working within a Property Maintenance or similar function and have experience in work planning in a repairs environment. Strong IT skills and the ability to use a broad range of software are essential. Basic knowledge across multiple trade disciplines and experience in providing excellent customer service are also required.

You should hold at least four standard GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
