What's on Offer: £50,000 salary (includes shift allowance) plus benefits 4 on, 4 off shifts – start on days for training, then move to shifts Modern workshop with welding bay and fabrication equipment Immediate interviews and quick start available Ongoing training and career progression The Role: Maintain and repair a range of industrial equipment (conveyors, motors, feeders, separators, etc.) Perform welding (stick & MIG), fabrication, and process improvements Support plant shutdowns and respond to breakdowns Follow and improve Health & Safety procedures About You: 3 years' industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical and welding skills Able to read engineering drawings and fabricate accordingly Willing to train on Telehandler/MEWP if needed Ready for a new challenge?
