We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join our store team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and leaving a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you!

The role
Our sales assistants are our brand ambassadors, connecting our products with our customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge.
You’ll interact with people every shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
What to expect from the role
* Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value
* Build a bond with customers by answering queries, delivering exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs and preferences
* Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide memorable customer experiences
* Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data
* Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly in-store
* Maintain high shop floor standards through merchandising and environment upkeep
* Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, returns, and exchanges
