What you will do
As an Inside Sales Consultant Product Specialist, you willsit in the Inside Sales Team andplay a key role in driving business growth by managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and promoting Johnson ControlsTFISproduct portfolio. You will:
* Handleinbound and outboundcustomer interactionsvia phone and email, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service.
* Manage international shipping and customs documentation for product deliveries.
* Prepare and follow up on quotes, identify cross-selling opportunities, and enable revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships
* Liaisewith external customers and internal stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadershipand provide updates as required.
* Continuously develop yourtechnicalproduct knowledge to provide expert guidance and solutions.
