Are you driven by data and passionate about turning numbers into meaningful insights? We're looking for a skilled Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team supporting Intrum Mortgages in Manchester. In this role, you'll play a vital part in the production of all the different reports produced by the team while enhancing our reporting platform to deliver accurate, clear data that empowers better oues for our customers and business.
You'll make a real impact from day one and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, balancing time in the office with working remotely.
What you'll do:
1. Manage our reporting platform and its metrics, making sure every report is accurate, clear, and easy to use.
2. Monitor how our secured assets and securitisations are performing, spotting any changes and understanding their impact, while supporting data gathering for regulatory reporting.
3. Turn data into meaningful insights and MI, providing rmendations that drive smarter customer resolutions and strongermercial results.
4. Find opportunities to automate and optimise processes, making our ways of working more efficient and effective.
5. Produce, enhance, and automate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for a range of internal and external stakeholders.
6. Maintain strong controls by clearly documenting all solutions, processes, and procedures.
7. Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty; by ensuring we are driving good customer oues across all aspects of services that have potential to impact on our customers.
What you'll bring
8. Financial Services expertise, ideally within Asset Management, with a strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
9. Advanced SQL skills, with knowledge of Visual Studio (SSIS automation) and AWS Redshift desirable.
10. Strong data visualisation skills using Tableau and Power BI.
11. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query, VBA) and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including Power Automate, Forms, and SharePoint.
12. Quick learner with meticulous attention to detail, strong data source validation skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
13. Excellentmunication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels across the business.
14. An enthusiastic, positive, and can-do attitude, with a mindset to drive improvements and deliver results.
