As a Customer Service Consultant you’ll provide outstanding service, educating customers to use digital platforms and ensuring financial inclusion for all. You will serve as the first point of contact, raise fraud awareness, support vulnerable customers and help with complex banking needs.
Full‑time, 35 hours per week. Monday‑Friday 09:00‑17:00 and Saturday 09:00‑13:30 (branch dependent). Work may be required at other local branches within a reasonable distance.
Full in‑branch training over 9 days across 3 weeks, mandatory attendance. Holidays cannot be taken during training.
Your starting salary is £26,000 plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.
