Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Rotherham area as they look to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Raising of the Company’s sales invoices and credit notes
2. Ensuring the above invoices are accurate with regards to date, quantity, value, details, currency, analysis and VAT treatment
3. Ensuring the above invoices conform to customers specific requirements
4. Ensure cash is collected in a timely manner
5. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of VAT legislation relevant to the sales ledger function
6. Credit card reconciliations
Person Specification:
7. Previous experience within a Sales Ledger environment
8. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
9. Able to work as part of a team
