Our client based in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit a Call Handler to join them on a temporary, ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a great telephone manner and a can do attitude with previous office experience.
The hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00.
Key duties include:
Processing orders and liaising with customers to arrange delivery of supplies
Making reminder calls to customers
Dealing with incoming calls and queries appropriately
Processing Orders
General administration tasks
Skills / experience required:
Keen eye for detail
Previous customer service or administration experience
Good organisational skills
Good IT skills
Methodical
Reliable
