HR Advisor
Location: Slough (4 days office-based, 1 day remote)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Anderson Knight Recruitment are supporting a leading organisation who are seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their growing team based in Slough.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing a varied HR caseload, and is confident handling complex employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing expert advice on policies, procedures, and best practice.
*
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and facilitating conflict resolution.
*
Support managers with performance management processes such as goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
*
Identify training and development needs, working closely with Learning & Development teams to implement effective solutions.
*
Promote an inclusive and positive working culture through diversity and engagement initiatives.
*
Produce HR reports and insights to support data-driven decision making.
About You:
*
At least 12 months’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a medium to large-scale, fast-paced environment.
*
CIPD Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
*
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*
Confident handling complex employee relations issues and providing pragmatic HR solutions.
*
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
