Role Responsibilities Supervise lessons during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning. Deliver pre-planned work and maintain a structured, positive classroom environment. Manage student behaviour in line with school policies. Provide support to students to help them remain focused and engaged. Adapt to different school environments and build productive working relationships with staff and pupils. Candidate Requirements Strong communication and organisational skills. Confidence in managing whole classes of secondary-aged pupils. A professional and adaptable approach. Prior experience within education or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
