We’re looking for an inspiring and motivated Retail Supervisor who loves working with people and inspiring a team to deliver a spectacular customer experience in our busy, high energy St James Quarter Showroom, Edinburgh. A passion for eyewear, fashion and exceeding customer expectations is a must!
What You'll Do
* Play an integral role within our retail store team, working collaboratively as part of the management team to achieve sales, an outstanding end to end customer experience and operational excellence.
* Lead and inspire the team to be their best, supporting with team training and always role modelling a customer first mindset.
* Take shared responsibility for opening/ closing the store, ensuring that all operational processes have been followed.
* Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the showroom always looks its best, applying commercial knowledge and insights to make positive changes and maintain IOLLA's high standards
* Support with all aspects of Store Operations; rota planning, stock management and H&S.
* Contribute towards building an IOLLA Community within Edinburgh; support showroom events and happenings, and help spread the word that there really is 'a better way to buy eyewear!'
