Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketplace Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our online marketplace platform. This role focuses on acquiring new sellers, enhancing buyer engagement, and building strategic partnerships to drive marketplace liquidity and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Identify, approach, and onboard new sellers, vendors, and service providers.
* Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain the buyer base.

* Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance the marketplace experience.

* Manage sales pipelines and forecasts for marketplace growth initiatives.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Essential qualifications
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within an online marketplace or platform-based business.
