The Role: We are urgently seeking a Children’s Care Assistant in Hythe for a regular Saturday and Sunday night. As a care assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients in the local area. Key Details: Shift: 21:30 – 07:30 Schedule: Fixed rota with overtime options Training: All our team members receive a fully paid, comprehensive 5-day classroom-based training program with practical workshops before being introduced to our clients. This training covers all aspects of the Care Certificate and delves into skills needed to support complex clients, such as tracheostomy management and gastrostomy. Additionally, individual, client-focused training continues following the initial classroom induction.
