You will join a banqueting kitchen that delivers for corporate events, celebrations, charity galas, and high profile functions. The new flagship event space will open soon with capacity for more than one thousand guests, creating new opportunities and challenges for the team.
What you will do
Support the Head Chef with daily banqueting kitchen operations
Lead a team during preparation and service
Deliver high standards across plating, flavour, and consistency
Manage production for large scale events
Reduce waste and control stock
Train and motivate junior chefs
Uphold high levels of food safety
What you bring
Experience in banqueting or high volume operations
Ability to manage pressure and deadlines
