The basics:
* SEN Teaching Assistant at special needs school in Salford for children with Complex Needs such as Autism, among others.
* Starting September 2025.
* Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
* Could go perm eventually for the right person.
* Equal pay to perm staff from 13th week onwards of a placement.

How you’ll help:
* Provide 1:1 & small group support to pupils with Autism & Learning Difficulties.
* There will be learning, social & emotional, physical, sensory and communication needs so you will need to be adaptable and able to change your approach to each pupil.
* Contribute to a safe, fun & inclusive classroom environment.
* Work with the class teacher, SENCO, SLT, parents and outside professionals.
* Report on behaviours, incidents and disclosures to the DSL.

What We Need from You:
* Up to date CV with 10-year work history.
* Proof of Right to Work & Address in the UK.
* DBS certificate on the Update Service (or be happy to apply for one).
* At least 2 professional references.
* Overseas Police Check if applicable.
* Previous experience supporting children with SEND.
* A proactive, empathetic, reliable and hard-working approach is a must!
