Location: Central LondonContract: 3 months rolling for 2 years
Salary: Equivalent to £35,000
Shift Pattern: 6am – 2pm
IT Support Analyst
We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Support Analyst to help ensure lecture theatres and classrooms are fully operational at the start of the academic day. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality teaching and learning environments across campuses.
You will carry out daily checks on audio-visual (AV) systems, identify and report faults, and resolve basic issues with classroom and cluster machines. Full training on the equipment and processes will be provided.
IT Support Analyst - Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough, daily testing of audio-visual equipment in designated lecture theatres and classrooms.
* Accurately record any issues and log support tickets using the AV Room Checker form
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with classroom and cluster computers.
* Continue routine checks once term time begins to ensure spaces remain fully functional.
* Work closely with the AV and IT support teams to maintain a high standard of teaching facilities.

* Reliable, organised, and attentive to detail (being able to start in Central London at 6am)
* Able to follow set procedures and complete tasks independently
* Comfortable learning and working with technical equipment (training provided)
* Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to support staff across campus
