Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting for Class 2 Multi-drop Drivers for our customer, a high-end drinks supplier based in Southall.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE HANDLING OF ALCOHOL
GBP17.51 to GBP20.5 per hour (PAYE)
Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:30pm (flexibility required) Temporary Shifts
Class 2 Driver Requirements:
* Valid UK driving licence with CAT C entitlement, no more than 6 points held
* Valid CPC and TACHO qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years experience commercially as a Class 2 driver is preferred
* Commercial Cat C driving experience in the UK (references required)
* Constant heaving lifting for all deliveries! This role requires you to carry heavy items for a distant and up/down stairs.
* Being motivated and hard-working are key to this role
Class 2 Driver Role:
* Multi-drop deliveries of high-end products to customers (wines, spirits and beers to 5 Star Hotels and bars etc.)
* Collecting products from suppliers
* Preparing customer orders prior to dispatch
* Loading orders onto vehicles
* As a Class 2 Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
Pay for Class 2 Driver:
* GBP17.51 to GBP20.50 per hour
* Annualized hours contract based on 175 hour/month
* Overtime, if applicable, paid on-top
* 22 days paid holiday + public/bank holidays
