You will play a key role in ensuring fleet reliability, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities · Carry out servicing, inspections, and repairs on commercial vehicles · Diagnose faults using technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment · Perform visual and operational checks to identify defects · Complete detailed inspections and accurate reporting on damaged vehicles · Work effectively on-site, both with and without workshop facilities · Participate in an on-call rota (approx. 1 in 6–7 weeks) What We’re Looking For · Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or IRTEC) · Proven experience working on HGVs · Previous experience as a Mobile HGV Technician is advantageous · Experience with GSE equipment is beneficial · Full UK driving licence · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Training & Development From day one, you’ll be supported with structured onboarding, including: · 2 weeks in a professional training environment · 1 week shadowing an experienced Mobile HGV Technician · Ongoing development and IRTEC qualification support Apply Now If you’re an experienced or aspiring Mobile HGV Technician looking to take the next step in your career with excellent earning potential and long-term development, this is the opportunity for you.
