We're hiring a Commercial Superintendent to join—a respected general contractor based in Charleston. This direct hire, full-time role will oversee daily job site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety across all phases of commercial construction projects.
Commercial Superintendent Responsibilities:
* · Manage daily job site operations and subcontractor schedules
* · Interpret construction drawings and ensure work aligns with project plans
* · Coordinate material deliveries and maintain project timelines
* · Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and daily logs
* · Communicate with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure quality execution
Superintendent Commercial Requirements:
* · 3–5 years of commercial construction supervisory experience
* · Proficient in Procore, Zoom, Gmail, and Apple devices
* · Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
* · Must own a truck and be willing to travel locally
* · Able to lift 65 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Pay and Benefits
$90,000-$100,000/year + performance bonus, company phone/iPad, paid time off, and full health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).
