You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial, statutory and management reporting that supports the Financial Controller and drives key decisions across the Board. Your Key Responsibilities
* Produce full monthly management accounts, insightful reporting and supporting analysis
* Own the balance sheet including fixed asset register and monthly reconciliations
* Partner with Senior Management and wider finance teams, providing analysis and reporting versus forecast
* Present clear, concise financial data to stakeholders at all levels
* Assist in preparing and submitting statutory accounts and group reporting
* Act as a key contact for external auditors, ensuring a smooth year-end and audit process
* Support corporate tax submissions and other statutory returns
* Contribute to annual planning and reforecasting activities
* Drive improvements and automation across processes
* Lead, coach and develop the finance team to enhance capability
What You’ll Bring
* Fully qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA
* Strong experience producing management accounts and supporting analysis
* Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Confident working in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to challenge and influence
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
