We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven, proactive Conveyancer to join a dynamic property team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping clients navigate the property buying and selling process with confidence, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
* Draft and review contracts, conduct title checks, and manage searches
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
* Deliver exceptional client service with clear, timely communication
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in residential conveyancing (minimum 2 years preferred)
2. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
4. Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
