Several secondary schools in the Bracknell area are looking to recruit multiple Science graduates to join them this September, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience while training to become a qualified teacher.
This programme is designed to support graduates from day one, providing a clear, structured pathway into teaching without the upfront cost of traditional training routes.

* Starting salary of approximately £22,000 £25,000

The role:
Youll start by working alongside experienced teachers, gradually building up your teaching timetable as your confidence and skills grow.
* Supporting Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Assisting with practical's and classroom delivery
* Progressing into teaching your own classes (typically 1012 lessons)
* Receiving ongoing coaching and feedback from experienced staff

Requirements:
* A degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field

o School-based or voluntary experience with children
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
