The post will be key to the operational service of data network infrastructure within ICT. You will have good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities, with the ability to negotiate with and influence others. Good IT technical knowledge and experience of data network support is essential. You will need a minimum of degree or equivalent in an IT-related subject and significant experience in an IT role.
