Experience of implementing, embedding in and aligning HR policies. Capable of handling ER cases, mentoring Managers. Recruitment, Talent/succession etc. Strong understanding of GDPR, compliancy and up-to-date with new legislation Previous experience working and leading on HR projects. Good operational HR experience in a broad HR role covering all key areas of HR. Ideally worked in blue/white collar environment (manufacturing/logistics/). Excellent written and communication skills.
