I am looking for a reliable and friendly PA to support my daughter who has Autism. The role is mornings only, to get my daughter up, washed, dressed, and ready for school. Due to her challenging behaviours, consistent monitoring at home and during the journey to school is crucial for her safety.

About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities
* Support and/or prompt with personal care, including toileting, showering/bathing, getting in and out of bed, and dressing.
* Support and/or prompt with cooking, meal preparation, and eating.
* Assist with household chores and general homemaking.
* Support to get to and from school, work, college, and social activities.
* Develop a trusting one-to-one working relationship.
Some flexibility is needed, including occasional extra hours to stay with my daughter during the school run or role swapping with the PA for sibling school runs. The needs of the individual may vary daily, and tasks may reflect this. Other duties may be assigned as reasonably required.
You are responsible for reporting all accidents immediately, reporting hazards, and ensuring the safety of the individual at all times.
This position requires a satisfactory DBS disclosure (costs covered).
Transport Requirement
Car driver preferred but not essential.
