Job Description:
JDRoss are supporting a global business in their search for a senior ETRM business analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing, established company with over 20 years of history.
You will be working within the regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
* Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating needs into requirements.
* Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
* Provide advice and guidance to promote adoption of methods and tools.
* Plan, scope, and prioritize requirements for large initiatives.
* Knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
* Advise on techniques and influence stakeholders.
* Management experience or mentoring of junior staff is preferred.
