What You'll Be Doing: Partnering with Banner and EVO senior management to support strategic projects with insightful commercial data and analysis Using tools like Excel and Power BI to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform commercial decisions Developing and maintaining key commercial tools and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across pricing and margin reviews Preparing customer price reviews, focusing on price increases, product optimisation, and margin improvement opportunities Supporting contract extension proposals with detailed pricing and analysis Maintaining essential margin management tools such as the Alternative Product Database and Margin Dashboards Updating and enhancing service review models (e.g., OPTIMISA, Green OPTIMISA, MPM) Providing high-quality support to the Sales team and other departments on commercial queries Mentoring and supporting junior team members, including training on new tools and processes What We're Looking For: Essential Skills: Strong experience with Power BI and Excel for data analysis Solid understanding of MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Positive, solution-focused attitude and strong communication skills across all levels Desirable: Experience managing or mentoring a team Background in commercial or analyst roles Familiarity with the industry is a plus
