This is a wonderful opportunity to join my client, a well-respected, green-minded Multidisciplinary Consultancy known for lending their expertise to a multitude of exciting projects across the Engineering and Environmental landscapes. They are searching for a talented, enthusiastic Hydraulic Modeller who is willing to take on a range of projects across a variety of sectors, based in the beautiful, contemporary city of Exeter.

Responsibilities for the role of Hydraulic Modeller include:
Working alongside high-performing team in the delivery of a variety of projects
Producing hydraulic models and surveys
Analysing and interpreting data using a variety of software systems, to prepare reports and other technical documents
Liaising with clients and stakeholders across the public and private sectors
Attending site visits and other meetings on behalf of the company
Adhering to industry standards, regulations, and the appropriate health and safety measures at all times
Required skills and experience for the role of Hydraulic Modeller include:
A Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Hydrology, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Science (or a similar, relevant discipline)
Experience of working in a design-based role, within a UK consultancy (or Local Authority) setting
Demonstrable experience of wastewater modelling
Proficient in the use of InfoWorks ICM (1D and 2D), and other relevant software packages
Desirable skills and experience for the role of Hydraulic Modeller include:
Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
Actively working to attain Chartered Status
Good knowledge of the local area and surrounding region
Knowledge of a range of other software systems used within the flood risk, drainage, and hydrology sectors
