You will act as the key point of contact between patients, clinicians and external partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient journey. This role combines operations, coordination, and client service, with a strong focus on communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate appointments between patients and doctors (internal & external)
* Provide Mandarin–English translation support during consultations when needed
* Liaise with hospitals, diagnostic centres and specialists for referrals and follow-ups
* Track test results and ensure smooth patient pathways
* Support patients throughout their journey, including accompanying them to external appointments where required
* Assist with documentation, including translating medical letters
* Deliver a high-end, professional patient experience both in person and over the phone
Key Requirement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English and Mandarin
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask
* A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership
* High emotional intelligence and a patient-centric mindset
* Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
* Clinical or healthcare exposure is a plus, but not essential
