Key Responsibilities:
* People leadership.
* KPI management.
* Drive production and compliance standards.
* Support Continuous Improvement events within your areas of responsibility.
What We're Looking For:
* A modern leader who has people and process at the forefront of their mind.
* Experience of various FMCG production methods.
* Experience of driving production capacity.
Salary – circa 55k fixed term contract – 6/12 months.
