We're working with a dynamic logistics company seeking a Head of Customer Solutions to help drive strategic client growth. This is a solution-focused role working closely with sales, commercial, and operational teams to deliver innovative supply chain strategies to both new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor-leading customer workshops, co-creating value-driven solutions, and supporting complex logistics transformations. You'll manage cross-functional teams and develop tailored proposals that deliver measurable client value-cost reduction, service improvement, and enhanced operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify customer opportunities
Lead customer strategy workshops to understand supply chain challenges
Design and deliver customised value propositions
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to proposal delivery
Coordinate cross-functional solution design teams
Support business case development and RFx responses
Help transition solutions into delivery and measure client value
Candidate Requirements:
5-10 years' experience in strategic supply chain transformation
Background in freight forwarding, 3PL/4PL, logistics or supply chain consulting
Proven project leadership and people management skills
Willingness to travel (UK & International)
