education, employer collaboration, and industry innovation. Following our Ofsted visit in
March 2025, which confirmed significant progress in every area, and achieving an
Outstanding financial health rating, we are now seeking an exceptional strategic leader to

opportunities, expand the College’s partnerships, and enhance our reputation for workforce
development and technical excellence.
With a strong focus on employer collaboration and student progression, you will ensure that
every learner benefits from meaningful, high-quality encounters with industry, supporting
successful progression into sustainable employment and further training. You will also play a
key role in leading staff development, monitoring performance, and embedding a culture of
continuous improvement across all areas of apprenticeship delivery and partnership work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, forward-thinking leader who combines vision
