We are looking for a Robotics SoftwareEngineer to design and build robotics applications and devices. Youll use computeraided modeling to create drafts and perform tests onthe robots to ensure safety and quality.For this job you shouldhave deep knowledge of flexible automation and computer systems andalso possess an aptitude in cost and efficiency optimization. Ifyou also have a great deal of resourcefulness and a vision aboutwhat your machines can do we d like to meetyou.
Responsibilities:
* Designimplement and deliver application specific solutions using thecurrent robotics applicationFramework.
* Application development for mobilerobot navigation and robotic manipulatorcontrol.
* Perform bug fixing and improvement ofcurrent application framework using ReverseEngineering.
* Design and implement tools tofacilitate application development andtesting.
* Development of robotic agnosticmapping system andapplication.
Requirements:
* Knowledgeof Robot Operating System (ROS) is mandatory. Knowledge on robotics2D/3D mapping
* Localization & navigationalgorithms.
* Hands on experience with Lidarsensor and stereo camera.
* Proficiency in acouple types of mainstream programming language preferably C/CPython.
* Knowledge on specific libraries forimage processing preferably OpenCV.
* Basicexperience in software architecting.
* Able touse tools to manage source code preferably GitGitLab.
