Burton Borough is a vibrant and inclusive mixed school of 1160 students, situated on the Shropshire / Staffordshire border within the pleasant market town of Newport. Our location provides easy access to and from Shrewsbury, Stafford, Telford and Wolverhampton.
Burton Borough is in a very exciting point in its development having joined the Learning Community Trust on the 1st April 2024. We are proud to be a part of this growing Trust, which offers the successful candidate a collegiate environment within a research-informed community of professionals.

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Principal of Inclusion who:-
* Has a child-centred approach.
* Is dedicated to working with our committed staff to develop adaptive teaching within the classroom.
* Has experience of leading a team of well-qualified professionals.
* Has experience of multi-agency work to ensure that our young people have the best possible care and support.
* Is outward facing and committed to developing strong links with our families and the wider community, including our excellent primaries.
