We're Hiring: Threat Protection Administrator/Proofpoint Engineer

Are you passionate about email security and ready to defend organizations from today’s evolving threat landscape? We’re looking for a Proofpoint Engineer/Threat Protection Administrator to join our growing cybersecurity team and play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our Proofpoint Email Security solutions.
What You’ll Do:
* Deploy, configure, and maintain Proofpoint Email Protection solutions (on-prem and cloud-based)
* Manage and fine-tune threat detection policies, filters, and rules to enhance protection against phishing, spam, and malware
* Monitor and analyse email security incidents, performing forensic investigations and mitigation
* Collaborate with internal teams (IT, SOC, Compliance) to ensure email security best practices
* Stay up to date with Proofpoint releases, features, and threat intelligence
* Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolve complex issues related to email delivery, spoofing, and abuse
* Produce documentation and runbooks for security operations and support
What We’re Looking For:
* Proofpoint Certification (e.g., Proofpoint Certified Specialist or similar) — Required
* Hands-on experience managing email security and threat protection tools.
* Deep understanding of phishing, malware campaigns, and threat intelligence.
* Strong knowledge of security policies, protocols, and best practices.
Nice to Have:
* Essential Administrator Certification
* Data Security Administrator Certification
* Experience with DLP (Data Loss Prevention), CASB, or other security platforms.
