The Role:
* Managing a portfolio of mixed tax clients, with a blend of compliance and advisory
* Delivering strategic tax advice across areas such as reorganisations, succession planning, R&D, and property-related tax
* Reviewing work of junior staff and playing a key role in mentoring and team development
* Being a trusted adviser to clients, spotting opportunities and adding real value
What We’re Looking For:
* CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong experience in both corporate and personal tax
* Solid grounding in advisory work – or a keen interest in expanding this area
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike
* A proactive, driven individual who wants to grow within a high-performing but down-to-earth team
