Inclusion / SEND Unit Teaching Assistant
South & East Leeds (SEMH / Behaviour Focus)
We are working with mainstream secondary schools across South & East Leeds who have established SEND units and inclusion provisions.

This role would suit candidates with:
* Previous SEND experience within a school setting
* Experience supporting SEMH or behaviour within a classroom
* Youth work, mentoring or alternative provision background
* Strong communication skills (experience with EAL pupils advantageous)
Requirements:
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND or EHCPs in an educational setting
* Confident managing behaviour within a structured school environment
* Full unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
* Availability Monday Friday, 8:30am 3:30pmCompetitive pay rates between £90 - £110 per day (AWR compliant).
