Main duties of the job The successful post holder will be expected to provide excellent patient-centred care across our Sheppey Frailty Unit, utilising evidence-based practice to ensure the best of care is provided to patients. As a Senior Physiotherapist you will ensure that you are an effective member of our integrated team, being proactive in your approach to your own learning and development and supporting other members of the team to do the same. This role is within an evolving team team so training would be provided for you to support, as required. Supporting other therapy teams/services within the Trust may be required at times. The role may involve evening and weekend working in the future, however a flexible working request can be negotiated on appointment. In addition, you may have to be an active member of the emergency On Call Physiotherapy rota, dependent on prior experience.
