This is a great chance for an experiencedPlumberto secure stable work across social housing contracts in Nuneaton and Bedworth.We are looking for a skilledPlumberto join a well-established contractor delivering maintenance and refurbishment works, primarily within void properties with occasional tenanted work when required.Whats on offer for thePlumber:
* £23 per hour
* Temporary to permanent opportunity
* 40 hours per week
* Working hours of 8:00am 4:30pm
* Local work across Nuneaton and Bedworth
* Immediate interview availability with quick start (within 2 weeks)
Day to day duties will include:
* Working within void properties
* Installing sinks, toilets, baths and basins
* Ripping out old appliances
* Repair work across the properties
* Working on one/ two properties per day (limited travel)
We are looking to speak toPlumberwith the below:
* NVQ/ C&G qualification
* Social Housing experience
* Own van and tools
