QUANTITY SURVEYOR
EAST YORKSHIRE
We are currently seeking to recruit a Project based Quantity Surveyor to join our site team, delivering a large civil engineering project in East Yorkshire. Works comprise of earthworks, piling, RC structures, paving, & drainage and the form of contract is a Bespoke Client Contract.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Valuations
2. Remeasurement of drawings and installed quantities
3. Change Control
4. Subcontractor Procurement
5. Subcontractor Payments
6. Monthly Commercial Reporting
7. CVR's
8. Cash Flow Forecasts
9. Updating Risk Register
10. Dispute Resolution
11. Final accounts and audits
Desired Skills / Background:
12. HNC/HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or by experience
13. Good working knowledge and understanding of construction contracts
