Job Description
I am currently supporting a client who are looking to appoint a Trainer into their established team, initially on a 12 month FTC basis. In this role you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging learning experience, contributing to a high-performing culture.

* Building relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their learning requirements
* Designing and delivering engaging training programmes
* Supporting with delivery on the leadership development programme
* Delivering comprehensive and inspiring induction and onboarding training for all new starters
* Championing a learning culture across the business
* Creating and updating a set of training matrixes
* Liaising with external providers as required
* Working with the wider team on the e-learning strategy
* Supporting graduate and apprenticeship programmes
My client is looking for a passionate and creative individual with a training background – delivery experience is essential in order to hit the ground running. The ability to work well in a fast-paced business along with strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, and a positive can-do attitude are also essential for this role.
