What you will do Coordinate cross-functional teams across the UK and Australia to deliver high-impact technical and product initiatives. Support project planning, requirements gathering, and scope definition. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Maintain clear visibility of project progress using tools such as JIRA. Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines while ensuring smooth coordination between Product and Tech teams. What I need from you Proven experience managing technical projects within software development or data science environments. Strong understanding of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency in JIRA and other project tracking tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently across time zones.
