£51,500 to £61,000 plus up to 6% annual bonus and overtime

About the role
Are you a seasoned Project Manager who has experience of working on large scale projects across an Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation discipline? If so, this could be the role for you.
We're on the lookout for an exceptional talent to spearhead our cutting-edge projects at our Bacton site. As a key player in delivering our projects, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and drive innovation like never before.
We have a large programme of work spanning many years and we want to set everyone up for success, so whatever discipline you've worked, is what you'll be aligned to (in the immediate instance). If you aspire to operate outside of your discipline experience, this is a great opportunity for just that.
What you’ll be doing
* Responsible for delivering projects to time, cost, and specification in accordance with the Network Development Process.
* Ensure the delivery of projects that meet all safety, environmental, functional performance, financial performance and regulatory requirements.
* Work to mitigate errors with an inspiration to deliver a flawless end-to-end project.
* Be involved in the tendering and financial process, resource planning, training, and upskilling through to handover.
About you
You'll be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to lead large-scale, high-value projects from start to finish. You'll also be highly self-sufficient, capable of managing demanding workloads with minimal supervision while maintaining effective prioritisation across tasks.
Key requirements & experience
* HNC/HND level qualification (or equivalent) in an Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation discipline
* Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracting and contract options/clauses
* Commercial management experience inc. managing costs, financial forecasting, and reporting
* Solid understanding of how to manage key project management principles (cost, quality, time, risk etc.)
* Experience using commercial project management tools
* Full UK car driving licence
Security clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
