Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial responsibilities. It requires a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and business profitability. The role involves delivering pharmacy targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy team, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's goal to be industry-leading.
On a daily basis, the Pharmacy Practice Manager will lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to provide excellent patient care, ensure patient safety, and maintain high standards of professional service and compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance.
You will have access to support from in-store, regional, and head office teams, ensuring you receive expert advice whether your queries are clinical or service-related.

Candidate Requirements:
* Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
* Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services
* Ability to balance management and pharmacy responsibilities
* Proven leadership skills to motivate and achieve results
* Experience in handling challenging situations and maintaining strong team connections
