About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a major financial services organisation on a 6-month initial contract, driving delivery within a digital transformation programme focused on property management and real estate technology.
You’ll oversee projects implementing PropTech, Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), and smart building technologies, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and workplace experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead within a high-visibility transformation spanning real estate, facilities management, and cloud-enabled IoT platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across property technology, IWMS, and smart building domains.
* Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and dependencies in alignment with programme objectives.
* Coordinate internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
* Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and IT/Facilities teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining governance and compliance standards.
* Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency across delivery.
* Support the rollout and adoption of new technologies across property and workplace management operations.
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering complex technology transformation projects within financial services, real estate, or facilities management.
* Experience delivering projects related to IWMS, PropTech, or smart building solutions (e.g., IoT, automation, workplace systems).
* Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and their application in enterprise environments.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days per week on-site in Sheffield).
* Experienced in working within regulated industries and inside IR35 contract arrangements.
* Recognised project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) desirable.
