Business Area: Nestlé Purina

Location: Gatwick (Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the office)

Salary: Up to £72,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + car allowance + pension + 12 additional flex days in addition to 25 day holiday entitlement + many other excellent benefits

Digital Analytics & Operations Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Digital Analytics & Operations Manager to join the team, reporting into the Head of Digital. This pivotal role is designed to elevate our personalisation and data‑driven marketing capabilities across the Purina UK&I brand portfolio.

Your impact

You will work with a range of stakeholders to influence and drive our digital ambition, with a real focus on accelerating digital performance. You will collaborate with our marketing brand teams to achieve their digital ambitions, including initiatives related to Customer Data Platforms (CDP), website improvements, and Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) development.


Key responsibilities

* Lead the planning and execution of the Digital Marketing Technology Roadmap to support marketing initiatives and enhance digital capabilities.
* Act as both Project Manager and Product Owner for key marketing technology projects, ensuring alignment with Purina UKI’s strategic goals.
* Ensure adherence to legal and security standards across consumer data and digital platforms, including GDPR and data privacy regulations.
* Serve as the Technical Product Owner for Purina UKI websites, leading the development of functionalities that meet current and future brand needs.
* Oversee relationships with third‑party vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and cost‑effective practices in technical and CRM projects.
* Support the development of a cohesive measurement framework and dashboards for Marketing and CX teams, helping to define the value of data through the consumer funnel.
* Lead the consolidation of consumer PII data feeds, ensuring compliance and alignment with our eCRM strategy.
* Stay up to date with Nestlé developments in technology solutions to leverage opportunities for Purina UKI’s digital evolution.


Your ingredients for success

* Experience in managing multi‑channel digital projects with internal and external stakeholders, including brand teams, agency partners, and leadership teams.
* Knowledge of data and analytics, with the ability to turn technical jargon into business‑friendly language.
* Proficient with the Google Stack, including Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console, and Optimise.
* Fantastic experience and knowledge of web analytics.
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project management tools.
* Technical knowledge of web development, CMS solutions, and basic HTML/CSS.
* Proven experience of turning data into actionable insights.
* Acceptable challenge to the status quo, passion to learn and understanding of building positive relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
