Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a leading regional law firm who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to joint their team. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
The Role of the Private Client Solicitor
* To mange and progress a caseload of Private Client matters through to completion
* Matters will include Administration of Estates, Trusts & Inheritance Tax
* Applying for and obtaining the grant of probate and setting up trusts
The Person
* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2 to 4 years’ PQE
* Experienced in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration
* Tax planning would be advantageous
