As a Lettings Consultant, what’s in it for you?
* £26,000 – £29,000 salary, dependent on experience
* Monday – Friday only

Your Role as a Lettings Consultant:
* Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence
* Book viewings and property inspections
* Coordinate move ins and organise tenant referencing
* Negotiate and handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenants
* Schedule compliance certificates and repair access with Landlords and tenants
* Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
* Maintain accurate records across CRM platforms
What we’re looking for from a Lettings Consultant:
* Minimum of 12 months industry experience is preferred
* Knowledge of Goodlord and Street is highly desirable
* Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
* A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Solid IT skills & attention to detail
* A well-presented and professional approach
* Punctuality & great organisational skills
* Valid driving licence and access to own car
